A strong brief is more than a room list. It explains whether the project operates as a hotel, residence, membership club or independent spa, alongside target users and peak periods.
Existing or planned plant spaces, electrical capacity, water quality, drainage levels and service routes should be part of the initial information.
A realistic scope is easier to establish when the budget range, target opening date, decision-makers and non-negotiable constraints are shared early.
