Data we collect
We collect information you voluntarily submit through contact and quote forms, including contact details, project context and optional files. Basic request metadata may also be processed to prevent abuse.
Purpose, processors and retention
Data is used to assess and respond to your enquiry, maintain necessary business records and protect the service. Hosting and configured service providers may process data only to deliver the service. Depending on consent and security requirements, Google Tag Manager may also process limited technical data. Records are retained for the configured period (730 days by default) and can be deleted earlier from the admin panel.
Security and rights
Submissions and attachments are stored outside the public web directory. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing info@buenora.com.
