After reviewing the brief and available project information, the concept, material strategy, technical systems and budget decisions are developed in stages with defined approval points.

Materials are selected according to the project type, temperature, humidity, maintenance conditions and intensity of use. Thermowood, walnut, natural stone, marble, mosaic, glass and matte metal details are used only where technically appropriate.

Depending on the approved contract scope, design, technical engineering, custom manufacturing, logistics, site installation, testing, commissioning and handover documentation can be coordinated.

The programme depends on scope, area, technical infrastructure, manufacturing intensity and the site schedule. A fixed delivery period is not stated before verified project information is reviewed.
